【摘要】 通过对新时期高等学校新时期仪器国有资产与实验室管理处设备淘汰的特点及综合利用意义的论述,提出了淘汰仪器设备深度开发与综合利用的措施。

【Abstract】 This article discussed the features and the significance of comprehensive reutilization of college’s obsolescent equipments and proposed some measures of making further and comprehensive use of them.
