建立评价与激励机制 促进实验室开放持续健康发展
Establishing Evaluation and Stimulative Mechanism to Promote Sustainable and Healthy Development of Lab Opening
【摘要】 影响实验室开放的因素很多,其中最重要的是评价指标体系的设计与激励机制的确立。本文提出了一种实验室开放评价指标体系和与之配套的实现激励机制的具体办法,并简要介绍了该院开展实验室开放评价的工作情况及取得的成果。
【Abstract】 There are many factors affecting lab opening in which, the most important is designing a system of evaluation index and establishing a stimulative mechanism. This paper focused on the system of evaluation index and the relative measures to realize the stimulative mechanism. It introduced briefly the practice and achievements of lab opening in our university.
