一种新型二维像素型光子晶体的能带结构
The band structure of a new two-dimensional pixel-type photonic crystal
【摘要】 运用快速平面波展开法计算了一种新型二维正方结构像素型光子晶体的能带结构,通过参数优化,在低频区,该光子晶体具有最大绝对禁带宽度Δω为0 0522ωe,(ωe=2πc/a,a为晶格常数,c为光速),中心频率ωmid为0 7184ωe,Δω/ωmid=7 266%.
【Abstract】 The modified plane-wave expansion method is used to calculate the band structure of a new two-dimensional pixel-type photonic crystal.By optimizing parameters,an absolute band gap Δω=0.052?2?ωe(where ωe=2πc/a,a is the lattice constant,c is light speed)is found at a low frequency field,with mid-frequency ωmid=0.718?4?ωe,and Δω/ωmid=7.266%.
