【摘要】 目的探讨低分子右旋糖酐、丹参注射液在手指压砸伤中的应用价值及对甲襞微循环、血液流变学的影响。方法本组112例分为对照组(37例)、治疗组(75例),分别测定术后第1天及术后第10天的甲襞微循环和血液流变学值。结果低分子右旋糖酐、丹参注射液能明显提高指端不全离断及皮瓣修复的成活率。结论低分子右旋糖酐、丹参注射液对提高手指压砸伤术后成活率有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of dextrans and dansen on microcirculation of nailfold and hemorheology of cases who caught hand injury.Methods We divided 112 case with hand injury into control group and treatment group.The microcirculation of nailfold was observed in the first and tenth day after operation.Hemorheology was examined in the same time.Results Dextrans and Dansen can raise the survival rate in replantation of fingertip and flap repairing,and also can improve the microcirculation of nailfold and hemorheology.Conclusion Dextrans and dansen have their clinical value in treatment of hand injury.更多还原
