【摘要】 目的总结岛状皮瓣修复手部创面的疗效及适应证。方法根据手部皮肤软组织缺损的部位、面积,对74例手部创面采用90块不同的岛状皮瓣修复。结果71例皮瓣完全成活,3例皮瓣远端部分坏死,其中1例需再次手术治疗,2例经换药愈合。结论采用岛状皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损,方法简单、可靠、疗程短;为提高成功率需严格掌握各皮瓣的适应证。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To summarize the effect and indication of the island flap in repair the soft tissue defect of hand. Methods We treated 74 patients by various island flaps according to the location and size of soft tissue defect of hand.Results Eight-seven flaps of 71 cases survived completely.3 cases (3 flaps) suffered marginal necrosis, and 1 case required secondary surgical treatment.The other 2 cases healed with conservative management.Conclusion The island flap is valuable in repair soft tissue defect of hand.
