【Abstract】 Marx’s land theory consists of landowning theory and land tax theory. Here Marx reveals the land tenure system and its exclusiveness, which realizes the capitalization of land and also improves the efficiency of the application of the rare land sources. Land tax can not be separated from land tenure system. We make use of this land theory to direct and take order with the economic relationship and interest in land management and usage in order to keep in line with socialist market economy.更多还原
