【摘要】 目的　探讨泪道阻塞的两种治疗方法。方法　两组病例 ,一组行泪道挂线术 ;一组行泪道插管术。结果　泪道挂线组治愈率为 61 % ,有效率为 90 % ;泪道插管组治愈为 36 % ,有效率为 70 %。结论　泪道挂线术优于泪道插管术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate two kinds of treatments (seton through lacrimal passage and intubation through lacrimal passage) for obstruction diseases of lacrimal passage. Methods Patients in first group were treated with seton through lacrimal passage, patients in second group were treated with intubation through lacrimal passage. Results In first group, the cure rate was 61%, the effective rate was 90%. In second group, the cure rate was 36%, the effective rate was 70%. Conclusions The effect of seton through lacrimal passage is better than intubation through lacrimal passage.更多还原
