【摘要】 目的　探讨在关节镜监视下逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折疗效。方法　在关节镜监视下以逆行交锁髓内钉技术结合闭合复位治疗 1 5例股骨远端骨折。结果　本组获得 9例随访 ,随访时间 6个月以上 ,平均愈合时间为 3个月 ,所有患者膝关节屈伸活动均 >90 。结论　本法具有复位可靠 ,固定牢固 ,适应早期关节康复练习 ,并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails under arthroscopy on distal femoral fractures. Methods From April 2002 to April 2004, 15 patients with distal femoral fractures were treated with retrograde placement of interlocking intramedullary nails and closed reduction under monitoring of arthroscopy. Results Followed up for more than 6 months in 9 patients, it revealed that the average healing time was 3 months. The range of motion in all patients was more than 90 degree. Conclusions Retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail is a good method for distal femoral fractures, and it can stable femoral shaft to adapt early rehabilitation exercise with few complications.更多还原
