微创血肿清除术治疗脑出血32例临床分析

【摘要】 目的 观察颅内血肿微创清除术治疗脑出血的疗效。方法 分析 32例微创术治疗的脑出血患者的病情、出血量、出血部位、并发症、原发病、手术时机、穿刺成功率、引流情况、术后护理与疗效。结果  32例脑出血患者 ,血肿量 30~ 1 0 0ml,穿刺成功率 1 0 0 % ,死亡 8例与出血量过大、病情危重、晚期脑疝 ,手术时机、术中再出血、术后引流不畅多因素有关。另外 3例系微创术非相关因素死亡 ,2 4例术后生命体征趋平稳。微创术见效率 75 % ,疗效满意。结论 微创术治疗脑出血简便、易行、创伤小、安全、可靠、经济实用、可降低患者的死亡率 ,适宜基层医院推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the main point and curative effects of micro-traumatic surgery on removing intracranial hematoma. Methods The following conditions of 32 cerebral hemorrhage patients treated with micro-traumatic surgery were analyzed: the patients’ conditions, amount and location of bleeding, complication, primary disease, operation opportunity, success rate of puncture, drainage, care and treatment after operation. Results The amounts of bleeding in these 32 patients were from 30ml to 100ml. Success rate of puncture was 100%. 8 of the patients died from large hemorrhage, serious illness, cerebral hernia, re-bleeding during operation and noneffective drainage. 3 patients died of other diseases that were not related with micro-traumatic surgery. 24 patients recovered with different defect functions after operation. The curative effects of the micro-traumatic surgery are satisfying and it’s effective rate was 75%. Conclusions The therapy of micro-traumatic surgery was a simple, safe, economy and small traumas method. It can reduce the death rate of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and decrease the defect functions. It is worth to be carry out in grass roots hospitals.
