【摘要】 目的　通过小剂量胰岛素与胞二磷胆碱对照治疗多发性脑梗死 ,了解小剂量胰岛素在治疗多发性脑梗死中脑保护作用。方法　 82例多发性脑梗死患者 ,随机分为治疗组 40例 ,使用小剂量胰岛素 (8～ 1 0u加入 0 .9%NS50 0ml中静滴 )加一般治疗 (自然支持及中药活血化瘀 ) ,对照组 42例 ,使用胞二磷胆碱 (0 .75～ 1 .0 )加一般治疗 ,治疗后进行神经功能缺损评分。结果　治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为 90 %和 85 .7% ,两组检验疗效无显著意义。结论　小剂量胰岛素有一定脑保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the effect of low dose insulin on protecting brain against multiple cerebral infarction. Methods 82 cases with multiple cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in insulin group were treated low dose insulin and routine treatment (Supportive treatment andactivating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis); the patients in control group were treated with cytidine diphosphate choline and routine treatment. The scores of neurologic impairment were assessed. Results The difference of curative effect between two groups was no significant. Conclusions Low dose insulin is effective for patients with multiple cerebral infarction.更多还原
