【摘要】 目的　分析 5岁以下儿童死亡的主要原因 ,探讨降低 5岁以下儿童死亡的措施。方法　对我院 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 3年 5岁以下儿童死亡监测结果进行分析。结果　新生儿死亡占 5岁以下儿童死亡的 66 .67% ,其中早期新生儿死亡占 53 .33 %。 5岁以下儿童死亡前 3位死因依次为早产或低出生体重、肺炎和败血症。结论　降低新生儿死亡 ,特别是降低早期新生儿死亡是降低 5岁以下儿童死亡的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the cause of death in children under 5-year-old and study the measures of decreasing mortality of them. Methods The data of death children under 5-year-old from 2001 to 2003 was analyzed. Results The died neonate accounted for 66.67% of died children under 5-year-old, 53.33% of them were neonate within 7 days. The first three causes of death were premature infant or infant with low birth weight, pneumonia and sepsis. Conclusions Reducing the mortality rate of neonate, especially the neonate within 7 days, was the key to decrease the mortality of children under 5-year-old.更多还原
