2003年临床标本细菌培养结果与药敏分析

【摘要】 目的 对分离出的 15 0 4株病原菌的分布与耐药性进行调查 ,为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法 对临床送检标本中分离出的 15 0 4株病原菌分类、药敏试验结果进行回顾性分析。结果  15 0 4株病原菌G+ 菌占 2 6.1%、G- 菌占 49.7%、真菌 2 4.2 %。白色念珠菌、大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌为主要细菌 ,感染部位以呼吸道、泌尿道、皮肤软组织为多。常见G+ 、G- 菌的耐药性有上升趋势 ,且具有多重耐药性。结论 在治疗感染性疾病时应进行病原学检查 ,依据药敏试验结果合理使用抗生素 ,以减少耐药菌株产生。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the species of bacteria which isolated from 1504 clinical specimens and their drug resistance, so as to guide the clinical usage of antibiotic. Methods The bacterial classification and drug sensitivity tests of 1504 strains of bacteria isolated from the in-patient cases from Jan to Dec in 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among those strains, 26.1% were Gram-positive bacteria, 49.7% were Gram-negative bacteria, and 24.2% were fungi. The main pathogens were Candida albicans, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella Pneumoniae, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The infection appeared at respiratory tract, urinary tract and skin frequently. The drug resistance rate was increasing and some bacteria were multi drug resistance strains. Conclusions In order to reduce drug resistance strains, it is important that bacterial culture should be carry out actively and antibiotics must be based on the drug sensitivity test. of clinical significance to administer antibiotics based on drug sensitivity test.
