【摘要】 目的　探讨缺血性脑卒中高危人群颈部动脉血管结构的改变 ,复习文献评估脑卒中的危险性。方法　用彩色多普勒超声仪分别对 10 0例患有缺血性脑卒中危险因素的高危人群和 10 0例健康体检者颈动脉进行检测 ,并对检测结果进行比较。结果　高危组人群颈动脉粥样硬化 48例 ,高于对照组 14例 ,有显著差异 ,动脉硬化的程度及狭窄程度均高于对照组。斑块形成 3 9例 ,高于对照组 12例 ,均有显著的差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　高危组人群颈动脉结构明显硬化改变 ,有患缺血性脑卒中高风险性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the change of carotid structure in persons with risk factors of cerebral arterial thrombosis, and evaluate the risk of cerebral arterial thrombosis. Methods 100 persons with risk factors of cerebral arterial thrombosis and 100 healthy persons were examined by color Doppler ultrasound for carotid structure, and the results of two groups were compared. Results There were 48 patients in the risky group and 14 patients in the healthy control group having atheroscierosis. The difference was significant. And the carotid stenosis and atherosclerosis of patients in risky group were more severe than that in control group. There were 39 patients in the risk group and 12 patients in the control group having carotid atheromatous plaque, and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.01). Conclusions There was significant change of arteriosclerosis of carotid in persons with risk factors of cerebral arterial thrombosis.更多还原
