【摘要】 目的　研究轻度颅脑损伤患者局部大脑血流量的变化。方法　用CGEM2 0 0 0型核素脑图成像系统 ,1 33Xe吸入法对 2 89例轻度颅脑损伤患者进行rCBF定量测定 ,将其数据与正常的数据对照 ,经t检验P >0 .0 0 1。结果　轻度颅脑损伤患者rCBF较正常人rCBF明显减少。结论　轻度颅脑损伤患者伤后 2周rCBF降低的可能因素是脑血流的自动调节功能紊乱引起 ,研究结果给临床制定合理、正确的治疗方案提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the change of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) in slight craniocerebral injury. Methods RCBFs of 289 patients with slight cranioerebral injury were measured by 133 Xe inhalation with CGEM2000 type brain map system. The data of patients was compared with data healthy persons by statistical analyze system (SAS). Results RCBF of 289 patients with slight craniocerebral injury was obviously lower than in healthy persons. Conclusions The cause of decreasing of rCBF may due to the disorder of self-regulation. The results provided the basis of correct treatment for doctors.更多还原
