【摘要】 目的　评价双吻合器技术在结直肠吻合尤其低位结直肠吻合术中的作用。方法　回顾性分析自 1998年至 2 0 0 3年间共计 40例直肠癌应用双吻合器技术行结直肠吻合的经验。结果　全组术中直肠闭合和结直肠的吻合过程均顺利。术后发生吻合口瘘 2例 ( 5 % ) ,吻合口狭窄 1例 ( 2 .5 % ) ,无手术死亡。结论　双吻合器技术的使用可以扩大Dixon手术适应症的范围。它能帮助外科医生顺利完成以往手法缝合不易或难以完成的低位结直肠吻合术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the role of double stapling technique in low position colorectostomy. Methods Double stapling in colorectostomy for 40 patients with rectal cancer from 1998 to 2003 was analyzed retrospectively. Results The rectal closing and colorectostomy were successful in all patients with Dixon operation. The complications included fistula of anastomotic stoma in 2 patients (5%), anastomotic stoma stenosis in 1 patient (2.5%). No patient died. Conclusions The indication of Dixon operation was extend by using double stapler. Low position colorectostomy was difficult to suture with hands. Double stapler made it easy. Surgeons can finished the colorectostomy successfully with double stapler.更多还原
