新生大鼠脑发育与早期行为发育关系初探
Relationship between brain development and early behavior development of infant rat
【摘要】 目的 探讨新生SD大鼠脑发育与早期行为发育的关系。方法 选取1、11、21日龄幼鼠,观察其自发运动,抑制性回避反应和生后精神行为发育情况,测定脑重和各脑区锌元素含量分布。结果 新生SD大鼠脑发育与早期行为发育呈正相关,新生期海马和小脑锌含量最高。结论 新生期海马和小脑高锌含量为日后的行为发育提供有利保障。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between brain development and early behavior development of infant rats. Methods Infant Spraque - Dawley(SD) rats were used respectively for testing their spontaneous behaviors, inhibitory escaping response and behavior development, and also determine their brain weight and content of Zinc in different part of the brain at age of 1 day, 11 days and 21 days. Results There was a positive correlation between brain development and early behavior development of SD rat, and the high content of zinc in hippocampus and cerebellum. Conclusion It is suggested that the high content of Zinc guarantee furnish security for the late behavior development of infant rat.
