【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing the total water requirement and water supply in Dongfengqu Irrigation Area the shortage of water resources all round the irrigation district in different frequency years(50%,75%,90%)were calculated. Accordingly, engineering and non-engineering measures were proposed. The water resource regulation rules were suggested.
