【Abstract】 Separation and purification of superoxide dismutase(SOD)from the seeds of black currant were made with the methods of organic agent fractionation,Ion-exchange chromatography and Gel-filtration chromatography.The results showed that the total activity was692.95U,total protein was0.72mg,specific activity was964.54U/mg.pr,purification fold was253.16,yield was31.41%.SOD from black currant seeds is Cu.Zn-SOD.更多还原
