【摘要】 目的　探讨再生障碍性贫血 (AA)患者血清可溶性Fas(sFas)受体的变化及其意义。方法　采用ELISA法测定 38例AA患者血清sFas受体质量浓度 ,并与 30例对照组进行对照研究。结果　AA组患者血清sFas受体质量浓度明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;血清sFas受体质量浓度与AA合并感染、临床分型和治疗效果有关 (P <0 0 1)。结论　AA患者存在血清sFas受体质量浓度的降低 ,调节AA患者血清sFas受体质量浓度 ,可能成为治疗AA的一条新途径 ;检测AA患者血清sFas受体具有快速、方便、可靠等优点 ,可作为反映AA病情和观察治疗效果的有效指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the variation range and the indication of soluble serum Fas (sFas) in aplastic anemia (AA) patients.Methods The level of sFas receptor in 38 AA patients was assayed by ELISA,with 30 cases as controls.Results The level of sFas receptor in AA patients was apparently lower than those of the control group (P<0.01),and it was related to infections, clinical types and curative effects (P<0.01).Conclusion The level of sFas receptor in AA patients is below the normal,so the regulation of their sFas receptor level may be a new therapy for AA.The detecting of the level of sFas receptor in AA patients is rapid,convenient and reliable.It’s an effective indication to reflect the condition of patients and curative effects.更多还原
