我国农民养老问题探索
The Explosion of Providing for the Aged in Rural Area
【摘要】 本文通过对我国目前农村养老方式的分析,提出了以家庭养老为主,完善我国养老保险的模式,并为完善这种模式提出了农村养老法律体系构建的设想。
【Abstract】 Through the analysis of ways of providing aged in rural area, this passage has put forward the pattern of mainlyproviding by family to perfect the pattern of providing aged and insurance and have put forward the idea of construct legalsystem to perfect this pattern.
