铁对Pt-Sn连续重整催化剂催化性能的影响
EFFECT OF IRON ON THE CATALYTIC REACTIVITY OF Pt-Sn/γ-Al2O3 CONTINUOUS REFORMING CATALYSTS
【摘要】 以正庚烷、环己烷、甲基环戊烷和石脑油作为模型化合物,研究含Fe的Pt-Sn/γ-Al2O3连续重整催化剂的反应性能。结果表明,所有模型化合物在该催化剂上的反应均随着Fe含量的增加,催化剂活性降低;以正庚烷为原料时,随Fe含量的增加,芳构化选择性、裂化选择性降低,而异构化选择性增加;以石脑油为原料时,随Fe含量的增加,液体收率减少,芳烃产率降低,积炭减少。由于石脑油主要由烷烃和六元环烷烃组成,Fe对石脑油的影响与正庚烷、环己烷呈现相同的变化规律。
【Abstract】 The model compounds of n-heptane, cyclohexane and methycyclopentane were used respectively as feedstock to evaluate the effect of iron on the catalytic reactivity of Pt-Sn/γ-Al2O3 continuous reforming catalysts. The result showed that the catalytic activity for all model compounds decreased with increasing the iron content. For n-heptane, the aromatization selectivity and hydrogenolysis selectivity decreased but the isomerization selectivity increased with increasing the iron content. When using naphtha as feedstock, the liquid and aromatics yields as well as coke deposition all decreased with the increase of iron content, however, since the naphtha mainly consisted of paraffins and six-ring naphthenes, the iron effect on catalytic reactivity appeared the same trends as n-heptane and cyclohexane.
