贵金属选择性加氢催化剂Pd/Al2O3的研究

【摘要】 为了脱除原料中的双烯烃,在实验室用饱和浸渍法制备出选择性加氢反应的贵金属Pd/Al2O3蛋壳型催化剂。在高压微反装置上,以苯乙烯、环己烯为反应物,以正庚烷为溶剂,模拟蒸汽裂解汽油,考察了催化剂的加氢活性及选择性。结果表明,对于拟薄水铝石载体最佳的焙烧温度应高于1 000℃;碱性金属的引入降低了载体的表面酸性,但添加量不宜过高,在添加量为5%时并不能显著改善催化剂的加氢选择性。

【Abstract】 An eggshell shape selective hydrogenation catalyst composed of noble metal palladium carried on alumina was prepared by impregnation in laboratory for removing the diolefins in feedstock. The hydrogenation activity and selectivity were evaluated in a high-pressure micro reactor with styrene and cyclohexene as reactants and n-heptane as solvent for simulating pyrolysis gasoline feedstock. The results showed that the optimum calcination temperature for the pseudo-boehmite should be higher than 1000℃. The addition of alkali and alkaline-earth metals could reduce the acidity of the carrier, but the dosage should not be too high, at a dosage of 5 %, the improvement of selectivity was not obvious.
