新型微混合器用于油品脱酸的研究

【摘要】 设计了新型的微混合及传质设备——膜分散萃取器,并应用模拟体系考察了该设备用于油品脱酸过程的性能。实验结果表明,膜分散萃取器在水相与油相相比1:50条件下操作具有很好的脱酸效果,对酸值为1.84 mgKOH/g的汽油和酸值为3.2mgKOH/g的原油,其脱酸率均可达到90%以上;设备处理量大,单位膜面积处理量可达2000m3/(m2·h),料液在设备中停留时间小于O.5s;过程无乳化现象,可以自然沉降分离,毋需电场作用处理。

【Abstract】 A new micro-mixer, membrane dispersion extractor, was developed and itsdeacidification characteristics were investigated with a simulation system. The experimental results showed that the deacidification efficiency was more than 90% in the water/oil phase ratio of l:50 for the deacidification of gasoline and crude oil having acid numbers of 1. 84mg KOH/g and 3. 2mg KOH/g respectively. The capacity reached as much as 2000m3/(m2·h) and the liquid reaction time in the mixer was less than 0. 5 second. There was no emulsification phenomenon during the process, and the two phases could be separated completely after natural subsidence without the action of electric field.
