催化裂化沉降器VQS系统内三维气体速度分布的改进
MODIFICATION OF THE 3-DIMENSION GAS FLOW FIELD IN THE VORTEX QUICK SEPARATION SYSTEM OF FCC DISENGAGER
【摘要】 用智能型 5孔探针对催化裂化沉降器内多臂式 (A型 )旋流快分系统封闭罩内的气体流场进行了测试 ,在此基础上 ,对旋流快分的结构进行了改进 :在旋流头上插入了一个筒状物 (B型 ) ,并对其进行了流场测试。测试结果表明 ,B型的旋流头结构消除了旋流头喷出口的短路流 ,因而更有利于提高分离效率 ,但在筒状物的底部附近呈短路流现象 ,是下一步继续改进结构的重点。
【Abstract】 An intelligent 5-hole probe was used to measure the gas flow field in the vortex quick separation system (VQS) of FCC disengager without a conduit (model A). Based on the experiments of the flow field, the configuration of VQS was modified. A conduit was inserted on the vortex arms (model B) and its gas flow field was measured. The measured results showed that a short circuit flow at the outlet of the VQS (model B) was eliminated; therefore, it was beneficial to increase the separate efficiency. However, a short flow at the end of the conduit was appeared, so the structure should be improved further.
