【摘要】 辽宁畜牧业现代化发展的现状是专业化生产、规模化经营格局已形成 ,畜牧业产业化步伐加快 ,市场体系逐步完善 ,科技含量有所提高。但养殖业发展水平与现代化发展不适应 ,表现在养殖业基础薄弱 ,科技含量低 ,缺乏总体规划意识和政策上的完善 ,导致资源利用不充分 ,养殖业发展不稳定。科技进步对畜牧业现代化发展进程起重要作用 ,应采取措施提高科研成果转化率更多还原

【Abstract】 The status quo of the modernization of Liaoning’s livestock farming is that specialized production has been realized, the pattern of large-scale operation has come into existence, the industrialization of livestock farming is quickening its pace, the market system is steadly being perfected, and the technological content has been improved. However, the developmental level of animal breeding industry has not adapted itself to the requirement of modernization yet, which is shown by the fact that the poor foundation of animal breeding industry, low technological content, lack of mentality of overall planning and perfecting encouragement policies all make resources unable to develop smoothly. The progress of science and technology plays an important role in the developmental course of modernization of livestock farming, but, meanwhile, steps should be taken to improve the change rate of technical results into productivity.更多还原
