【摘要】 目的　分析甲状腺玻璃样变性梁状腺瘤 (HTA)的临床病理特征。方法　利用HE染色及免疫组织化学技术 ,并结合文献对 1例HTA进行临床特征、病理形态及免疫表型研究。结果　HTA属甲状腺滤泡上皮来源的肿瘤。其组织学形态具有特征性 :瘤细胞排列成梁状、巢状 ,外围以纤细的玻璃样变性的纤维组织 ,细胞核呈毛玻璃样 ,可见核内包涵体及核沟。免疫组化 :甲状腺球蛋白Thy ( +) ,降钙素Calcitonin ( -) ;癌胚抗原CEA ( -) ;嗜铬素Chr ( -) ;突触素Syn ( -)。 结论　HTA为甲状腺滤泡上皮来源的良性肿瘤 ,临床呈良性经过更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the pathologic features of the hyalinizing Trabecular adenoma of Thyroid (HTA) Methods By the method of HE and immunohistochemistry,to observe the clinic features,pathological morphology and immumoprofile comparing with the literature Results HTA derives from the follicular epithelium of thyroid,and has histopathologic features The tumor cells arrange in a way of trabecular and nest,capulated with hyalinizing fibro tissue The nuclei appear ground-glass looking Intranuclear inclusions and nuclear groove also can be found The result of immunohistochemistry:Thyroglobin(+),Calcitonin(-),CEA(-),Chr(-),Syn(-) Conclusion HTA is a benign tumor deriving from the follicular epithelium of thyroid,and has a fairly well clinic process更多还原
