【摘要】 目的 :研究下颌骨髁突骨折的影像学诊断及开放性手术治疗的适应证、方法、疗效和并发症。方法 :40例 (共 5 6侧 )髁突骨折患者通过术前影像学检查明确诊断后行开放性手术治疗 ,所有患者术后均进行随访 ,随访期 4～ 45月 (平均 17月 )。结果 :根据术后疗效判断标准进行评价 ,优 3 4例 ( 85 % ) ,良 6例 ( 15 % ) ,差 0例。结论 :对伴有移位或错位的髁突骨折 ,应尽可能给予开放性手术治疗 ,临床上可获得满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To observe the effects of surgical procedure in the treatment of mandibular condylar process fractures.Methods: According to the clinical and radiological findings,56 mandibular condylar proc ess fractures in 40 patients were treated by surgical procedure. All the patient s were followed-up for 4-45 months(17 months on average). All the post-opera ted patients were observed by the standard of surgical examination.Resul ts:85% patients (34/40) got the excellent results and 15% (6/40) got the satisfactory results. Conclusions: Surgical procedure is effect ive in the treatment of condylar process fractures.更多还原
