蜂幼虫分离蛋白提取研究

【摘要】 研究采用"碱溶酸沉"原理,对蜂幼虫蛋白质进行提取。主要讨论料液比、浸提碱液pH值、浸提时间等条件对提取率及纯度的影响,确定最佳提取条件。结果表明:料液比1∶2,pH值10.5,温度20℃,浸提2.5h。各因素对提取率的影响强弱关系:提取时间>提取温度>浸提pH>料液比。所得产品蜂蛋白质粉液提取率42.03%,纯度为61.22%。

【Abstract】 Base solubization and acid precipitation were adopted to separate protein from bee larva.Factors have influence on the ratio of extraction and purity were tested and then optimum conditions assured as follows:ratio of solid/liquid 1 to 2,pH 10.5,temperature 20℃,extraction time 2.5h. Sequence of factors affecting the ratio of extraction is: working time>temperature>pH>solid/liquid. With this technique,the bee larva protein extraction ratio is 42.03% and the purity of protein recovery is 61.22%. is 42.03% and the purity of protein recovery is 61.22%.
