膨胀管金属流动行为的计算机模拟研究
Computer simulation of metal flow behavior in solid expandable tubular.
【摘要】 膨胀套管技术在我国尚处于理论探索阶段。鉴于此 ,用ADINA软件的弹塑性有限元接触问题建立了可膨胀管膨胀过程的力学模型 ,对壁厚 8 94mm的 2 4 4 5mm套管进行膨胀过程的计算机模拟 ,通过分析和比较沿膨胀管径向不同位置处的单元节点组在X轴和Y轴方向的位移量 ,得出了膨胀管在不同摩擦系数和不同内径膨胀幅度时的金属流动规律 ,为膨胀锥体的结构设计和材料选择以及膨胀技术的实际应用提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 The mechanical model for solid expandable tubular is established based on the elasto-plastic finite element contact problem of ADINA software. And by means of this model, the expansion process of Ф244.5 mm tube with a wall thickness of 8.94 mm is simulated. By analyzing the x- and y-axis displacement of the unit node groups at different areas in the radial direction of the tubular, the metallic flow law of the expandable tubulars with different friction coefficients and different ID expansion degrees is obtained. This provides a theoretical basis for the structural design and material selection of the expandable cone as well as the actual application of the expandable tubular technology.
