【摘要】 S2 5 0— 2平动椭圆振动筛结构的新颖之处在于将两个振动器对称倾斜放置于筛箱出口的上部。 2台电动机以V形对称倾斜放置在筛箱上方 ,调节偏心块的相位角 ,形成平动椭圆振动轨迹 ;将电动机平行放置可产生直线运动轨迹。通过转换振动轨迹 ,可以满足振动筛在不同工况下使用。该型筛筛面垂直加速度 6 4m/s2 ,振动轨迹椭圆度 1∶3,水平速度 0 36m/s ,振幅 (双 )6 4mm ,筛箱横向偏摆 0 0 3mm ,噪声 80dB ,均符合标准值要求。该筛具有良好的适应性 ,对易碎、粘泥地层优势突出 ,其处理量比直线筛大 2 0 % ,钻井液飞溅小 ,能有效地清除钻井液中的有害固相。更多还原

【Abstract】 Model S250-2 balanced elliptical shale shaker is developed by Huabei No.1 Machinery Plant. This novel shale shaker adopts two vibrators fixed symmetrically on the upper part of the screen box with a certain obliquity. The operating principle and design features of this new shale shaker are described. And its field application is commented. The shale shaker has good adaptability and is advantageous to dealing with drilling fluid for brittle and slime formation, and its handling capacity is 20% larger than that of the reciprocating line shale shaker.更多还原
