高压节流阀流场分析及其结构改进
Fluid field analysis of high pressure throttle valve and its structure improvement
【摘要】 针对塔里木油田现有节流阀在现场使用过程中频繁出现的阀座刺穿和阀杆断裂等问题 ,对锥形和楔形节流阀 ,用Pro/E软件建立其三维CAD模型 ,通过数据转换 ,调入PhoenicsCFD软件进行流场分析 ,获得了寿命最高的楔形节流阀。通过对楔形节流阀进行结构优化设计 ,得到了最佳结构 (由 2段斜面组成 )的楔形节流阀 ,同时计算出了该楔形节流阀不同开度所对应的压降和流阻系数。油田应用证明 ,楔形节流阀的寿命是锥形阀的 5~ 7倍。
【Abstract】 The throttle valves in Tarim Oil Field often fails in such petterns as valve rod fatigue fracture and valve seat washout and so on. Therefore the fluid field of the throttle valves is investigated. The CAD 3-D model is established with Pro/E software, and then the CAD model is transferred to the Phoenics CFD software, and the fluid fields of several throttle valves are computed, and finally, the optimum structure wedge throttle valve is obtained. Subsequently the wedge throttle valve is analyzed in detail, and the curve of pressure drop with different opening is presented, the fluid resistance coefficient is also computed. The wedge throttle valve is adopted in Tarim Oil Field, and its service life is 5~7 times of that of the cone valve.
