多层不锈钢波纹管换热器的研制与运行测试
Development and trial run of heat exchanger of multi-layer stainless steel bellows tube bank
【摘要】 压缩机中间换热器是天然气输送生产中的关键设备 ,换热器管束腐蚀、结垢和堵塞等故障 ,使水流不畅 ,换热效率下降。鉴于此 ,研制了多层不锈钢波纹管换热器 ,可使管内流体产生扰动 ,形成内壁的涡旋流 ,破坏边界层和污垢层的厚度 ,并增加换热系数。运行测试表明 :(1 )波纹管换热器的换热效率高于普通列管式换热器 ,其天然气出口温度完全满足压缩机的工作温度要求 ;(2 )换热器采用多层不锈钢波纹管管束 ,能适应较大的温差应力 ,不结垢 ,耐腐蚀 ,不泄漏 ,克服了普通单层不锈钢波纹管的“点腐蚀” ,压缩机运转正常平稳 ,运行周期大大延长
【Abstract】 The intermediate heat exchanger on compressors is the key equipment for natural gas transportation. The corrosion and fouling and plugging of the tube bank of the heat exchanger lead to flow retarding and heat exchange efficiency reduction. Therefore a heat exchanger of multi-layer stainless steel bellows tube bank is developed, which can produces flow disturbance in the tube and prevents fouling and plugging and increases the heat exchange coefficient. Trail run shows that, (1) the efficiency of heat exchange of the bellows heat exchanger is higher than that of conventional straight tube heat exchanger, and the outlet temperature of the natural gas can meet the operation requirement of the compressor; (2) by adopting stainless steel bellows tube bank, the heat exchanger has higher reliability and durability.
