【Abstract】 The experimental results showed that the optimum formula of Pleurotus eryngii compost was formula 1:cotton seed hull 80%, wheat bran 18%, sugar 1% and gypsum 1%, and that the mycelial growth vigor of the compost with formula 1 was the strongest, the fruitbody yield of the compost with formula 1 was the highest, the biological efficiency was as high as 92.9%, and the fruitbody morphology was the best.
