液相离子交换法制备沸石抗菌剂
Preparation of Antibacterial Zeolite by Liquid-Phase Ion Exchange
【摘要】 以沸石为基体,Ag+、Cu2+、Zn2+作为主要抗菌成分的无机抗菌剂粉体,采用液相离子交换法制备沸石抗菌剂,通过设计正交实验比较反应因素影响的先后顺序,重点考察浓度影响规律并进行抗菌性能测试;采用红外光谱分析沸石原样并与沸石抗菌剂进行比较.
【Abstract】 A novel inorganic antibacterial system in which silver ion 、copper ion and zinc ion were the main antibacterial materials was studied on base of zeolite. Ion exchange in solution was used in the preparation of antibacterial zeolite. By using orthogonal experiments, the order of the factors that affect the reaction can be compared, and the effect of concentration on the reaction is mainly studied. The infrared spectrum of the original samples of zeolite and antibacterial zeolite is analysed, and the comparison between the samples and Antibacterial Zeolite is done.
