注射机五孔斜排双曲肘合模机构的运动及力学模型的建立
Establishment of Motional and Mechanical Model for Oblique Five-Hinge Joint-Double Toggle Clamping Unit of Injection Molding Machine
【摘要】 利用机构学的方法对注射机五孔斜排双曲肘合模机构进行运动和力学特性分析,系统地建立运动及力学模型,它包括动模板行程、合模油缸行程、动模板移动速度、力的放大倍数、最大启模角、合模力、临界角、系统刚度、合模油缸推力等,为五孔斜排双曲肘合模机构的合理设计乃至优化设计提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 In this article, an analysis of motional and mechanical characteristics for oblique five hinge joint-double toggle clamping unit of injection molding machine is made by mechanism method, systematically making establishment of motional and mechanical model which includes the move mold board stroke, the clamping oil cylinder stroke, the speed of move mold board, the force amplification, the maximum opening angle, the clamping force, the critical angle, the systematical stiffness, the pushing force of clamping oil cylinder and else. The theoretical foundations are provided to rational even optimum design for oblique five hinge joint-double toggle clamping unit of injection molding machine.
