再生沥青胶体状态的研究
COLLOIDAL STATES OF REGENERATED ASPHALT
【摘要】 沥青的理化性质及使用性质不仅与沥青质、可溶质的相对质量分数或化学组成有关 ,而且在很大程度上决定于沥青质在可溶质中所形成胶体溶液的状态。采用针入度指数法与胶体不稳定指数法从不同角度评价了几种沥青再生后的胶体状态 ,同时考察了它们的感温性能与抗老化性能。结果表明 :沈大、沈铁再生后的沥青属于溶胶 -凝胶型沥青 ;北环、沈本、沈本全层 3种沥青再生后属于纯粘性的溶胶型沥青。 5种再生沥青胶体稳定顺序为 :沈铁 >沈大 >北环 >沈本全层 >沈本
【Abstract】 The physical and chemical properties and employing properties of asphalt are not only connected with the relative content of asphaltene, maltene or chemical make-ups, but also determined by the states of colloidal solution which is formed by asphaltene melting into maltene to great extent. The colloidal states of several kinds of regenerated asphalt were evaluated by methods of penetration index and colloid instable index (I_c) from different angles, and their anti-aging property and sensitive-temperature property were studied meanwhile. As a result, the regenerated asphalt from Shenda, Shentie express way belongs to collidal sol-colloidal gel asphalt; the regenerated asphalt from Beihuan, Shenben and Shenben-quanceng express way belongs to simple viscosity collidal sol asphalt. The colloidal stability sequence of five kinds of regenerated asphalt is Shentie, Shenda, Beihuan, Shenben-quanceng, Shenben.
