间歇聚合反应装置计算机控制与管理系统——软件包的设计

【摘要】 间歇聚合反应是流程工业中比较典型的复杂反应之一。控制对象具有非线性严重、动态特性频繁变化等特点,同时装置的生产管理手段还处于比较落后的状态。针对这种情况,开发完成了间歇聚合反应装置计算机控制与管理系统,由可编程控制器(基本控制层)和工控机(上位控制层)构成经济适用型集散控制系统。上位控制层主要由两个软件包组成,一个用来实现聚合反应过程的辨识与控制和一般管理功能,另一个用来完成生产管理和优化指导任务。本系统已在工业现场得到成功应用,实现了聚合反应过程从升温、反应、恒温、回收全过程自动控制,辨识和控制可以同时完成。具有操作简便、安全可靠、功能完善、控制效果好、管理水平高等优点。取得了较高的经济效益和社会效益,具有推广价值。

【Abstract】 The batch polymerization reaction is one of typical complicated reactions in the flow-industry. There are characteristics of complicated nonlinear relationship and dynamic specialties for the control object. And now the administration means of the production process is not advanced. According to the above circumstance, the computer control and administration system for the batch polymerization reactor was developed. It is a low cost integrated and distributed control system composed by a programming logic controller (down-level basic control layer) and an industrial control computer (up-level control layer).The up-level control layer is mainly made up of two software packages. One is used to distinguish, control and common administration function, the other is used to complete production administration and optimize the guidance task. This controlling system has been successfully applied to industrial producing process, e.g. the automation control to all process with increasing temperature, reacting, keeping temperature and recovering was realized, distinguish and control were accomplished at same time. It possesses many virtues, such as simple operation, security, credibility, consummate function, easy control and good administration. More economical and societal benefits have been gained and it has the value of popularization.
