一种新型高效分形液体分布器

【摘要】 液体分布器的性能对于填料塔的操作有至关重要的影响。传统的液体分布器通常存在着液体分布均匀性不好、操作弹性小、空间高度大等缺点,尤其当处理小流量液体时分布性能更差。以分形几何为理论基础,研究和设计出一种具有优良性能的新型高效液体分布器———分形液体分布器,证明具有自相似维数为2的H型分形液体分布器,既能保证液体喷淋点分布的几何均匀性,又能保证各喷淋点液体流率的均匀性。并且通过实验研究验证,与传统的液体分布器相比较,分形式分布器具有较高Klemas分布质量、较大的操作弹性、较小的空间高度等一系列优点,尤其是当液体流量很小时分形分布器依然保持优良的性能。

【Abstract】 The property of liquid distributors is of vital importance to the operation of packed columns and the traditional liquid distributors have some drawbacks, such as worse distributive uniformity, narrower operating range, and greater height, and especially perform unsatisfactorily at low liquid flow rate. A new type of liquid distributor, the fractal liquid distributor, was studied and designed based on the theory of fractal geometry. The H-type fractal with the self-similarity dimension of 2 was selected to guarantee the uniform distribution of the drip points of the distributor. And its exact self-similar structure also ensured the uniform distribution of liquid flow rate out from each drip point. The experimental results can show that the fractal distributor has better Klemas distributive quality, wider operating ranges, and smaller height than the traditional liquid distributors, and suitable for small diameter packed columns.
