双甲基丙烯酸硫代二甘醇脂的合成
Synthesis of Dimethacryloylethylthioether
【摘要】 利用季胺盐作为相转移催化剂,研究了甲基丙烯酰氯与硫代二甘醇间的酯化反应。探讨了原料配比、相转移催化剂的类型和用量与溶剂的类型对该反应的影响。研究表明:该反应的最佳温度范围为0~5℃。当采用TBAB作为催化剂、氯代烷烃作为溶剂和甲基丙烯酰氯与硫代二甘醇间的摩尔比为1∶2.08时,酯化反应收率最高,可达到99.2%。形成的双甲基丙烯酸硫代二甘醇酯是一种浅黄色的液体,平均光折射率为1.4928。该物质对多种光固化树脂均具有较好的相容性,并具有光引发交联的能力。
【Abstract】 Using compound of quaternary amines as phase transfer catalyst, the esterification of methacryloylchloride and 2,2’-dihydroxyethylthioether was investigated. The influence of mole ratio of reactant, type and amount of phase transfer catalyst and solvents on the reaction were explored. The results suggest that the optimal temperature of the reaction is in the range of 0~5 ℃. When quaternary amine tetrabutylammonium bromate is used as phase transfer catalyst, chloro-hydrocarbons is used as solvent and the molar ratio of 2,2’-dihydroxyethyl-thioether and methacryloylchloride is 1∶2.08, the yield of esterification can be reached up to 99.20%. The target compound is a light yellow liquid with average refractive index 1.492 8. The methacrylate has good solubility for a series of radiation cured resin and can be cured with the help of radiation initiation.
