无铅汽油中痕量铅现场快速测定试验法的精密度
Precision of Standard Method for Rapid Field Test for Trace Lead in Unleaded Gasoline
【摘要】 无铅汽油中痕量铅现场快速测定法简便、快速、且精密度高。但由于现行车用无铅汽油国家标准GB/T6683重新作了规定,其铅体积浓度不得大于5.0mg/L。通过大量的数据处理过程,对本试验方法的精密度进行重新考察。实验结果表明,该试验法的重复性为0.0273m0.644,再现性为0.0540m0.839,均比原ASTM3348-98好,且完全满足GB/T17930的要求,说明该方法的精密度完全适合于新的无铅汽油国家标准,因此,无铅汽油中痕量铅现场快速测定试验法对现行的无铅汽油中痕量铅的测定仍然适用,为检验汽油中的痕量铅提供了一种可靠的方法,这将有利于控制我国汽车尾气中的铅污染,有益于环境保护。
【Abstract】 The present rapid field test method of determining trace lead in unleaded gasoline has characteristics of simple and rapid operation, and high precision. Now it is necessary to inspect the precision of the present method based on GB/T 6683,because the national standard for unleaded vehicle gasoline has been revised which requires the content of lead in gasoline not to be higher than 5.0 mg/L. By abundant data disposing, the precision of the present method was rechecked according to the standard GB/T 6683. The test results show that the estimated repeatability is 0.027 3 m0.644 and the estimated reproducibility is 0.054 0 m0.839, which are all better than primary ASTM3348-98. And the method completely meets the requirement of GB/T 17930, which shows that the precision of the present method is completely suitable for the new standard of the unleaded gasoline. Therefore, the present method is not only applicable for testing the trace lead in unleaded gasoline to meet the need of the new standard, but also a dependable method of inspecting trace lead in gasoline. It is beneficial to both lead pollution of auto off-gas control and the environment protection.
