【摘要】 目的　探讨超选择性血管栓塞术治疗严重后鼻出血的护理。　方法　分析 6例超选择性血管栓塞术治疗严重后鼻出血术前、术后护理及对病人的健康教育内容。　结果　 6例均一次栓塞成功 ,无严重并发症。　结论　密切观察及合理有效的术前、术后护理对于提高超选择性血管栓塞术治疗严重后鼻出血成功率和预防并发症的发生具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To study the nursing measures of Supraselective vascular embolization for the tr eatment of serious posterior epistaxis. Method To analyse the health education and nursing measures for six cases of serious posterior epistaxis with preoperative and postoperative sup raselective embolization. Results Nasal hemorrhage of six cases had been successfully contr olled after first supraselective embolization without serious complications. Conclusion The combined measures of careful observation and reaso nable and effective preoperation and postoperation nursing was important for the improvement of success rate and avoiding of the potential serious complications .更多还原
