【摘要】 目的　探讨前臂游离皮瓣修复口腔癌肿缺损的观察及护理方法。方法　对 11例行前臂游离皮瓣移植修复口腔癌肿术后缺损的病人做好心理护理 ,严格术前准备 ,术后护理采取合适的体位 ,严密观察移植皮瓣的情况以尽早发现血管危象 ,做好呼吸道、口腔及饮食护理。结果　本组 11例移植皮瓣全部成功 ,提高了病人的生活质量。结论　对行前臂游离皮瓣修复口腔癌肿缺损的病人采取有效的观察及护理 ,是保证手术成功和病人康复的重要措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To discuss the observaction and nursing methods of repairing defect of oral carcinoma with forearm free skin flap. Method To take good mental nursing for 11 postoperative patients with repairing defect of oral carcinoma with transposition of forearm free skin flap, make rigorous preoperative preparation ,take suitable posture in postoperative nursing ,make close observation of situation of skin flap grafting in order to find vascular crises and do well in nursing for respirator tract, oral and diet. Result It is successful for 11 cases to take transposition of skin flap, which improves the life quality of patients. Conclusion It is an important countermeasure for successful operation and patient recovery to take effective observation and nursing of repairing defect of oral carcinoma with forearm free skin flap.更多还原
