酮苯脱蜡结晶系统的优化控制

【摘要】 针对酮苯脱蜡结晶系统 ,采用相关积分理论实施优化控制 ,是近年来新出现的一种调优技术。其原理是将调优变量作为均值可控的随机过程 ,并在目标函数中 ,加入了动态干扰项 ,即使过程的动态和静态特性发生漂移 ,优化器也能正常工作。根据相关积分算法 ,只需采集调优变量及目标函数随时间动态变化的观测值 ,即可对过程进行优化操作而无需过程的机理或统计模型。因此 ,该方法特别适用于机理复杂、建模困难、干扰强且调优变量多的场合。

【Abstract】 It is a new arisen technology of optimization in recent years to implement a control of optimization by correlative integral theory in plant of emergence cere with by ketone and benzene. The principle of theory is a stochastic process by adding adjusting variables as mean value including dynamic disturbing items to object function. The control of optimization is still working even dynamic character and static character of process have occurred excursion. According to correlative integral arithmetic ,if observation value is collected either adjusting variables or objective function, it is easy to realize the control of optimization without process mechanism and statistical model. Therefore, the method of optimization is particular applicable to situations of complicated mechanism, difficult model, strong disturb, as well many adjusting variables.
