高浓度含铜废水处理方法的研究
Research of Treatment Method to High Thickness Containing Copper Ion Wastewater
【摘要】 采用电解法处理印刷电路板生产过程中产生的碱氨蚀刻废水 ,考察极距、电解时间、电流密度对去除率的影响。研究结果表明 ,电解法能够有效地去除碱氨蚀刻废水中的铜离子 ,并可以回收金属铜。在极距为 2 8mm ,电流密度在 10 0~ 30 0A/m-2 时 ,铜离子的去除率在 99%以上。
【Abstract】 The alkali ammonia etching wastewater is treated with the electrolytic method. The influence of the electrode distance, electrolytic time and current density on treatment effect is inspected. The result of study indicated that the electrolytic method can remove copper ions of the alkali ammonia etching wastewater effectively, and reclaim metal copper. When the electrode distance is 28 mm, and current density is 100~300 A/m 2,the percentage of removal of copper ions is above 99 %.
