【摘要】 研制开发 5 0 %丁草胺水乳剂后 ,通过大量试验和摸索 ,建立了有效成分的检验方法以指导批量生产。采用高效液相色谱法分析 5 0 %丁草胺水乳剂 ,色谱柱为C18不锈钢柱 ,检测波长2 36nm ,以 φ(甲醇 )∶ φ(水 )∶φ(冰乙酸 ) =80∶2 0∶0 .5为流动相 ,方法的变异系数为 0 .2 9% ,回收率在 98.6 7%～ 99.36 %之间 ,该方法操作简便 ,重现性好 ,灵敏度高 ,是一种较为理想的分析方法更多还原

【Abstract】 It is introduced that the quantitative analysis of 50 % Butachlor EW by HPLC method using C 18 column,236 nm wavelength detection and using methanol+water+acetic acid as mobile phase. The results showed that the coefficient of variation was 0.29 % and recovery was 98.67 %～99.36 %.更多还原
