微波法合成聚天冬氨酸水凝胶及其对Pb2+的吸附性能

【摘要】 以平均相对分子质量为10000~30000的聚丁二酰亚胺为原料、L-赖氨酸和戊二醛为交联剂,采用微波技术合成了聚天冬氨酸水凝胶。探论了原料配比、反应温度或加热方式、反应时间等对反应的影响。结果表明,微波加热不仅极大地缩短反应时间,而且温度对反应的影响较小。同时,还详细考察了线性聚天冬氨酸和交联聚天冬氨酸水凝胶对Pb2+的吸附作用。结果显示,线性聚天冬氨酸对Pb2+有很强的吸附作用,其吸附容量高(按聚丁二酰亚胺计,吸附容量为1 0g/g),而且具有较低的平衡吸附浓度(小于0 25mg/L),吸附平衡可用Freundlich方程表示;交联聚天冬氨酸水凝胶也是优良的Pb2+吸附剂,其对Pb2+的吸附容量约为190mg/g。根据红外光谱数据推测聚天冬氨酸水凝胶对Pb2+的吸附作用既有离子交换作用又有配位络合作用。

【Abstract】 Crosslinked polyaspartate hydrogels were prepared by crosslinking polysuccinimide,having a average relative molecular mass of 10 000—30 000,with L-lysine and glutaraldehyde used as cross-linking agents.Microwave technique was adopted in the process.Effects of reactant mole ratio,temperature or heating mode and reaction time on crosslinking were investigated.By use of microwave technique reaction time was shortened remarkably and temperature had little effect on the reaction.Pb2+-binding behavior of linear polyaspartate and crosslinked polyaspartate hydrogel were also investigated.Linear polyaspartate exhibited higher Pb2+ uptake capacity(about 1.0 g/g,based on amount of polysuccinimide)and lower Pb2+ equilibrium concentration(<0.25 mg/L).It was noticeable that the uptake capacity was still high even in the range of lower concentration of Pb2+.The equilibrium sorption data for Pb2+ on polyaspartate fitted well with Freundlich equation.Crosslinked polyaspartate hydrogel was also demonstrated to be an effective agent for removal of Pb2+.The uptake capacity stood at about 190 mg per gram of dry gel.By means of infrared spectra(IR),it was inferred that polyaspartate hydrogel bound Pb2+ by both ion exchange mechanism and chelating mechanism.
