从催化裂化干气中分离乙烯的吸附剂研究

【摘要】 首先筛选了预处理吸附剂,发现承德果壳炭吸附性能较好。考察了3类乙烯吸附剂,特别是CuCl/活性炭吸附剂的性能,并获得了制备CuCl/活性炭吸附剂较佳的条件:CuCl负载量为25%,室温下浸渍时间为10 h,焙烧温度450℃,焙烧时间4 h。在该吸附剂上,当吸附压力0.45 MPa(表压)、吸附温度40℃时,乙烯吸附量为1.135 mmol/g,分离因数为1.86。与AgNO3/SiO2和CuCl/分子筛吸附剂相比,CuCl/活性炭吸附剂对乙烯的吸附量较大,而分离因数较小。

【Abstract】 Adsorbents for separating ethylene from catalytic cracking dry gas were studied. Adsorbents for pretreatment were first selected. Putamina activated carbon produced in Chengde was found to be more effective.Three kinds of adsorbents for separating ethylene were then investigated, among which CuCl/activated carbon (AC) adsorbent was most intriguing. A better AC support same as adsorbent for pretreatment was used and appropriate preparation conditions for adsorbent were determined as follows: CuCl load 25 % , impregnation time 10 h at room temperature, calcination temperature 450℃and calcination time 4 h. On above - prepared adsorbent, adsorption amount of ethylene was 1.135 mmol/g and separation factor for ethylene and ethane was 1.86 at 40℃and 0.45 MPa (gauge pressure). Comparing with AgNO3/SiO2 and CuCl/zeolite, the adsorption amount of ethylene on CuCl/AC was larger, while the separation factor was the least. Moreover, CuCl/AC was less expensive,it is worthwhile for further research in detail.
