C4烯烃催化转化增产丙烯研究进展

【摘要】 以C4烯烃与乙烯歧化反应生产丙烯工艺和C4烯烃选择性催化裂解生产丙烯工艺的技术路线为线索,从催化剂、反应工艺及其技术经济性等方面评述了C4烯烃催化转化增产丙烯反应的研究进展。指出由C4烯烃催化转化生产丙烯是油化结合增产丙烯、高效利用C4烯烃资源的重要途径,进而可提高炼化企业的经济效益。我国急需研发具有自主知识产权的高效C4烯烃催化转化增产丙烯技术。

【Abstract】 Propylene is an important petrochemical industry feedstock. The demand for propylene by the petrochemical industry has increased more rapidly than that for ethylene. The catalytic conversion of surplus C4olefin to propylene can increase the production of propylene and will benefit petrochemical producer. The catalytic conversion of C4 olefins to propylene includes two possible technical routes, one is C4 olefin disproportionation, such as Meta-4 process,BASF process,UOP process,OCT process and Sasol Tech Pty Process;the other route is catalytic cracking of C4 olefin, including Propylur (FBCC) process, MOI process and ATOFINA-UOP process. Advances in catalyst, process technology and techno-economics for catalytic conversion of C4 olefin to propylene were reviewed accordingly. It is imperative to develop effective catalysts and technological process for catalytic conversion of C4 olef ins to propylene in China.
