列管式固定床反应器设计的限制条件

【摘要】 在对列管式固定床反应器内传热过程合理分析的基础上 ,提出了热稳定性、温度灵敏性及床层压降对列管式固定床反应器设计和选择适宜操作参数的限制条件。这些条件也可以作为避免列管式固定床反应器不稳定性和温度灵敏性的实用设计判据。由于这些判据是以常见的反应器设计参数 (管径、管长及催化剂性质等 )表达出来 ,因此可直接用于对列管式固定床反应器的结构尺寸作出合理的初步估计

【Abstract】 Based on reliable analyses for heat-transfer process in multitubula r packed-bed reactors,the restrictive conditions of thermal stability,tempera ture senstivity,and pressure drop in design of multitubular packed-bed reactors and proper choice of operating parameters were proposed.These restrictive con d itions can be taken as practical design criteria for avoiding reactor instabilit y and temperature sensitivity in multitubular packed-bed reactors.Criteria wer e formulated in terms of practical design parameters which were easily available , such as tube diameter,length,catalyst properties,and so on and could be dir ectly used to give a reasonable primary estimate for physical dimensions of a mu ltitubular packed-bed reactors although they were slightly conservative.
