导向剂法转化天然资源选择性制备NaX沸石
Selective Preparation of NaX Zeolite from Natrual Materials by Directing Agent Method
【摘要】 利用导向剂法选择性地将天然硅铝矿物高岭土和工业废弃物煤矸石转化为NaX沸石 ,并用该方法对铝土矿制取聚合氯化铝后的废渣进行了转化。对制备的沸石产品进行了XRD和SEM表征 ,并对其离子交换能力进行了评估。根据实验结果 ,提出了利用富含硅铝的天然矿物联产沸石和聚合氯化铝的新工艺。该方法是一种环境友好的转化廉价的天然硅铝矿物制备沸石材料的途径 ,并且所制备的沸石产品具有较高的离子交换能力 ,可以用作催化剂、吸附剂和离子交换材料。
【Abstract】 Zeolite NaX was selectively prepared by conversion of natural alumino silicate-rich minerals of kaolinite and an industrial waste of coal gangue thro ugh hydrothermal treatment using directing agent.Residue of bauxite mineral for preparation of polyaluminium chloride (PAC) was also converted into zeolites by using this method.The prepared zeolites were characterized by means of XRD and SEM.Their ion-exchange ability was determined.A new process for preparing PA C coagulant and zeolite from alumnosilica-riched mineral was therefore proposed a ccordingly.This is a low-cost and environmental benign method to convert natur a l aluminosilicate-rich minerals to zeolite materials.Products from this method have good ion-exchange ability and can be used as catalyst,adsorbents and ion -exchange materials.
